A good drummer
is hard to find. No really. More often than not, a drummer
either can't keep good meter or is too busy trying to show
you all the neat licks he knows. Larry Spurrier is as solid
a drummer as you will ever hear.
The backbone of a rhythm section most bands can only
hope for, he's been with the band practically since it's
inception,
Larry has been there through all the changes and all
the years - almost 27 now. Through it all, his solid
style
of hard-hitting drumming has served him well. Now, he
vibes with bassist Ron Bogden and lays down some heavy
duty fatback
drums.
Also a graphics wiz, Larry designed the first two cd
