Mike has been
with the BUICKS for over 15 years and during that time
has played many roles but most notably, he is known for
his saxaphone work. Working with Guy on the harp, Mike
has developed the signature BUICKS sound over these many
years.
A touring pro, Mike was part of the famous band "the
Force" back in the 70's and he toured extensively
with Billy Paul (of Me and Mrs. Jones fame). But that is
just a smattering of Mike's extensive experience in music.
Now, Mike plays a critical role in the band in helping
work the arrangements on the original tunes. He has
also taken to writing. He penned a great tune for the new
cd called, "The
More You Drink (the better we sound)" and it has
quickly become a fan favorite on the cd. |
